Meta, which oversees platforms like Facebook and Instagram, has opted to terminate its DE&I program. BT Group has announced the removal of DE&I targets from its managerial bonus scheme, choosing instead to implement a measure of employee engagement. Despite this, BT maintains its commitment to inclusion and representation, explaining that management bonuses will still incorporate aspects of inclusion as part of the scoring system.

Apple has taken a different stance by recommending that shareholders oppose proposals to reconsider its DEI initiatives. The board articulated its belief that ethical conduct and compliance are central to its success and emphasized the importance of fostering a culture where all employees can thrive.
